Warren Creason - President

       Warren entered the commercial real estate business in 1984 after graduating with his MBA from Texas A&M University. Following tenures as Director of Real Estate for Pier 1 Imports and Vice President of Real Estate for Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Warren started Creason Commercial Realty in 1994, and since then has utilized his considerable corporate experience to benefit clients including Best Buy, COSTCO, Michaels Arts and Crafts, PETsMART and others. Warren's corporate background enables him to function as an extension of his clients' "in-house" real estate department and to provide a full range of services from market analysis and strategic planning to site selection and procurement, as well as store design, development and opening.

Lisa Martinkus - Marketing and Research Manager

       Lisa began working in the real estate field in 1981 at Burger King Corporation, where she first began working with Warren Creason. Following her five years with that company in both real estate and construction, she worked again with Warren at Pier 1 Imports, Barnes & Noble Booksellers and went on to assist him in forming Creason Commercial Realty in 1994. She has been involved in all aspects of the industry including administration, demographic and market analysis, location analysis, research and marketing.

       Stuart began working in commercial real estate in 2008. Beyond standard IT duties, Stuart has also been involved in all aspects of research and marketing, including demographic and market analysis, and location analysis.
